Limited Warranty
All products must be installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions included with the products. If a product that is properly installed, operated and maintained fails to meet the limited warranty below, Garage Solutions 4 Less, the Canadian seller of Uromoda _uno cabinets (“Uromoda”), will replace the defective product or parts.
What is covered, and for how long
Subject to the limitations and disclaimers set out below or in other product documentation, Uromoda warrants to the initial customer that:

Where installation is included with your order, installation by your Garage Solutions 4 Less installer satisfies the installation requirement above. If you install the cabinets yourself, follow the instructions supplied with the product.
Limitations
- The customer must pay the shipping costs associated with any replacement product or parts.
- This limited warranty is limited to product replacement only.
- In no event will Uromoda be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages.
- Damage that occurs in transit is handled under the shipping & returns policy, not this warranty — inspect your delivery and report damage within two business days.
What is not covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Service calls or labour costs.
- Products damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, improper installation, acts of God, neglect, corrosion, improper maintenance or cleaning, modification, mishandling, or not following the care instructions.
- Products damaged by loading beyond the maximum weight capacity specified in the instructions provided with the product, or defects resulting from use in excess of normal residential use.
- Cosmetic damage that occurs after purchase — including scratches, dings, dents, corrosion or stains in the material — that does not affect the structural or functional capability of the product.
- Loss of product contents.
Who the warranty covers
- This limited warranty is available to the initial purchaser only and is not transferable.
- Proof of purchase (your PayPal receipt) and additional information regarding the defect, such as photos, may be required at Uromoda’s discretion.
- The warranty is made only to products sold in Canada.
How to make a claim
- Email us at hello@uromoda.com with your order number, which set you have, and a description of the defect.
- Attach photos of the affected part and, if it helps, the whole cabinet run.
- We confirm coverage and ship the replacement part or product. You are invoiced for the shipping cost before dispatch.

This warranty gives you specific rights. Nothing in it limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
